Twelfth Circuit Chief Judge Lee Haworth will be the special guest speaker at a free short sales seminar entitled “A Lifeline for Underwater Homeowners.” The seminar is scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 6pm-9pm, at Stoneybrook Golf Club at Heritage Harbour, 7515 Grand Harbour Parkway in Bradenton.
The seminar will benefit homeowners who are considering selling their property, but owe more for the home than its current market value. It will also benefit buyers who are considering purchasing a short sale property.
The event is presented by CornerStone Title. Also scheduled to speak are Realtors Troy Funk and Cristian Tramontozzi of Keller Williams on the Water, Certified Public Accountant Bryan Sands of Sands & Associates, and Mary Howard of CornerStone Title.
