Judy Winkelmann with RE/MAX Platinum Realty earns the designation of “Certified International Property Specialist” (CIPS). The designation is held by approximately only 2,000 Realtors worldwide. Professionals with this degree have hands-on experience in international real estate transactions, and have completed a week-long course involving international topics including: currency and exchange rates, regional markets, tax issues, etc.
To further increase her marketing tools, Judy has hired an interpreter and is now in the process of directly contacting offices in Germany and France regarding their ability to earn commissions should they refer one of their clients to her or her agency, RE/MAX Platinum Realty. Judy also has a strong presence in Canada, very strong clients and works as a team with Canadian agents to win their referrals. She says “Communication is one my strongest assets, my clients are well informed and always have an open line to me for my knowledge and expertise.”
