Coldwell Banker Agents To Market 12 Founders Club Properties

Anne Chakos and Tracy Eisnaugle Chosen To Represent Lee Wetherington in The Founders Club.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced that sales professionals Anne Chakos and Tracy Eisnaugle were selected by custom home builder Lee Wetherington Homes to market and sell the builder’s final 12 home sites in The Founders Club.

Lee Wetherington, who founded his company in 1974, said that there were a number of reasons why he chose Coldwell Banker to represent his properties.

“Coldwell Banker has built a solid reputation in the 104 years it has been around. They have international name recognition, innovative technology, relationships and resources necessary to provide unprecedented global exposure for these home sites,” he says.

Specifically, he says chose Chakos and Eisnaugle because of the wealth of experience they bring to the project. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Chakos worked directly for Wetherington and sold over $55 million in properties. Eisnaugle also has a background in new home sales as well as a degree in interior design, and was Wetherington’s design center manager for many years, while also heading up the company’s new product development team.

Chakos says, “This is such an exclusive community there are only 262 home sites behind the gates.” She adds, “The Founders Club sits on over 700 acres of natural Florida landscape, offering a Signature Robert Trent Jones Jr., designed golf course, a magnificent clubhouse with fine dining, a fitness center and pro shop.” Lee Wetherington Homes has been actively building in The Founders Club since the community was opened and is excited about the revived interest in the community.

Home packages start at $745,000 and include the lot, house and pool. One and two story plans range from 3,200 square feet to over 4,000 square feet and will take approximately nine months to complete from close of contract.
