Michelle Crabtree of Michael Saunders & Company was awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the credential. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that the CRS Designees subscribe to the strict Realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialist in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
Michelle Crabtree is a third generation Sarasotan and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1982. She is completing her 3rd year as Director on the Sarasota Board of Realtors (SAR), was the Sarasota Women’s Council of Realtors “Business Women of the Year” for 2009 and was also chapter president in 2007. In addition, Crabtree is a “Five Star Real Estate Agent – Best in Client Satisfaction for 2007, 2008 and 2009. She also has the designations/certifications of CIPS – Certified International Property Specialists, GRI -Graduate Realtor, ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative; PMN-Performance Management Network, TRC-Transnational Referral Certification, RSPS-Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist and SFR-Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification.
