Neddy Harkins, a Florida and Maine real estate sales veteran, has joined the Manatee Avenue West office of Michael Saunders & Company.
Harkins first become a licensed real estate agent in 1992, and brings exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented style of customer service garnered from her previous background of managing a landscape company she and her husband owned.
A highly-trained master tailor as well, Harkins developed an interest in the real estate business after she and her husband purchased and managed a number of rental properties. After obtaining her real estate license, she joined ERA-Worden, in Auburn, Maine, establishing early success as a real estate agent before relocating with her family to Bradenton in 2001. Once here, she and her husband purchased, renovated and sold several properties before she decided to once again pursue her passion for selling residential properties.
Prior to joining Michael Saunders, Harkins was an agent with Wagner Realty, in its El Conquistador office. As an agent with Michael Saunders & Company, she will continue to service clients and customers in the El Conquistador area.
