DwellGreen announced the appointment of James Majirsky as President. Majirsky will assume day-to-day management responsibility of the company while John Ferrari, DwellGreen’s Founding President, will retain his role on the Board of Directors with a focus on public sector projects and strategic business relationships.
“Jim brings the right expertise at the right time, and we are thrilled to have secured his talents at this stage of our company’s growth,” said Ferrari.
Majirsky has a diverse background in business management and has held upper level executive positions for several of the most respected franchise systems in the industry. He has managed all aspects of franchising including sales, operations, marketing, staffing, and training. Before franchising he spent 28 years in the executive management field for one of the largest retailers in the US. Majirsky attended Youngstown State University and has completed the CFE (Certified Franchise Executive program) through the International Franchise Association.

DwellGreen was founded in 2009 and has since grown over 200% in revenue in 2010. In addition to consistent revenue growth, DwellGreen has expanded to include eight employees and over 40 service providers.
