2010 was a year of milestones and accomplishments for Neal Communities that included significant home sales, substantial company developments and numerous community contributions. The Lakewood Ranch-based home builder concluded its 40th year in business by signing over 315 contracts for new homes priced from the low $100s to more than $1Million to set a new sales record. A few of its notable events included the opening of Central Park at Lakewood Ranch, entry into the Venice marketplace, creation of four new divisions within the Neal Family of Companies and recognition earned for achievements and community contributions.
