London Bay Homes announced the hiring of two local real estate professionals, Marilyn Schott and Tracey Petersen, to represent the The Founders Club. London Bay Homes assumed sales and marketing responsibilities at The Founders Club, a luxury golf community, last summer.

Schott and Petersen bring over 40 years of combined real estate sales experience to the community, located just east of I-75 on Fruitville Road. London Bay Homes President Mark Wilson said he is confident that the new sales associates will revitalize the community’s sales operations. “We are extremely fortunate to find two people with such a high level of experience and enthusiasm,” Wilson said. “They both understand the importance of helping our visitors make an informed decision about a home purchase in this area. As the market continues to show signs of momentum, these professionals will play a key role in our success at The Founders Club.” Wilson said.

Schott began her real estate career in Cincinnati, Ohio, working with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate where she spent 18 years, achieving the position of Senior Vice President with the company. Most recently, she was President of Marilyn Schott and Associates, a consulting firm specializing in sales, marketing and leadership training.

Peterson’s career has been focused in the Sarasota region since 1994 when she began her career with BFM Home Designers & Builders at the Serenoa community. She has sold waterfront condominiums as well as golf course properties throughout the region. She is a 1994 graduate of the University of South Florida.

The Founders Club is a 262 home luxury golf community located on 700 acres along Fruitville Road in Sarasota. The community includes a 275-member, 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., with no tee times and a professional caddy program. The Golf Hall includes fine and casual dining, a fitness center and a regular schedule of wellness and social events.  London Bay Homes, founded in 1990, build custom, semi-custom and villa homes throughout Southwest Florida priced from the $600s to more than $5 million.
