London Bay Homes announced that real estate professional Marie Miante will represent the company at its Matera community in The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch and with the sale of its other custom home sites within the Ranch.
At Lakewood Ranch Miante will assist potential home buyers at Matera, a maintenance-free Villa home community in The Lake Club with homes ranging from the $600s to more than $1 million. She will also represent several custom home sites within The Lake Club and Country Club East where buyers can select from London Bay’s Reserve Collection of Homes that start in the $800s to more than $2 million.
Miante’s real estate career began in 2001 when she joined Fairfield Communities Resort Division in Williamsburg, Virginia. London Bay Homes President Mark Wilson said Miante’s experience will be a valuable asset to the company. “Marie has a deep understanding of the Southwest Florida real estate market and recent familiarity with Lakewood Ranch.
