Prudential Realty Companies, which includes, Prudential Palms Realty and Prudential Lakewood Ranch Realty, announced the promotion of Mary Smedley, broker associate to Manager. Smedley will oversee Prudential’s Longboat Key and St. Armands Circle offices.

Smedley joined Prudential Realty Companies in 2006 and is the former manager of Prudential’s downtown and South Tamiami Trail offices. She has more than 15 years of experience in real estate and is a Quality Service Certified (QSC) real estate professional. In addition, Smedley is a board member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR) and actively participates on numerous committees around the community.
