Habitat For Humanity Sarasota Dedicates 203rd Home In Sarasota
The Enriquez Family Beneficiary Of Hard Work And A Caring Community.
Habitat for Humanity Sarasota announced it dedicated its 203rd home in Sarasota on Saturday, March 26th. The home, located on Waikiki Drive in Lake Sarasota in Sarasota, was dedicated to the appreciative new owners, Hugo and Damaris Enriquez and their two children, Maris and Elliott. The day was exciting, especially for the new partner family, who went through a qualification process and has worked towards homeownership contributing 500 hours of sweat equity into ownership of their home.
“Today we celebrate the good hearts and labor of love that went into this house now called HOME for the Hernandez family” said Renée Snyder, executive director of Habitat for Humanity Sarasota.
Sponsor support covers the upfront construction costs required to renovate the home. Costs are kept low through the use of volunteer labor and some donated materials.
