Maureen Curtin, a proven specialist with 30-plus years in the real estate industry, has joined the Mid Longboat Key office of Michael Saunders & Company. Originally from the Hudson Valley town of Poughkeepsie, New York, Curtin relocated to Sarasota in 2001.
A proud member of the Southwest Florida community, Curtin volunteers for the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society and supports the Sarasota County Human Society, Cat Depot and the ASPCA. In addition to her professional and volunteer activities, she is an avid tennis player and hopes to publish her first children’s book in the near future.
Curtin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s in education from the State University of New York. As a real estate professional, she has earned the following designations: New York and Florida broker’s licenses, Certified Relocation Specialist (CRI), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), E-certified (e-PRO), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Fine Homes Specialist (FHS).
