The timing is good for this community and it will attract people from throughout Florida as well as around the country,” says Pat Neal, president of Neal Communities. “In the past year, we have already enjoyed excellent success in the Sawgrass community in Venice and anticipate more involvement in south Sarasota County.”

The sales center is already on site and in operation, and two models will open in early June. The Palm Breeze is 1,557 sq ft, two bedrooms/two baths with den, open floor plan and island kitchen and is priced from $169,990. The Seagrass is 1,431 sq ft, two bedrooms/two baths with an open floor plan and eat-in kitchen and is priced from $159,990. Both models have attached, two-car garages.

“This community really appeals to active adults who want a care-free lifestyle, close to everything,” notes Arlington Cove New Home Consultant Paula Spitler. “They are looking for the kind of home values and neighborhood atmosphere that only Neal Communities creates.”

Arlington Cove is a maintenance-free community with a heated pool and cabana. Neal Communities bought the property in early 2011 and immediately began model home construction and improvements on landscaping. The sales center is open Monday through Saturday, 10am-5:30pm and Sunday noon-5pm. The sales center is located at 27201 Ipswich Drive, (941) 323.9363. The models are expected to open in early June.
