RE/MAX Agents Continue To Be The Most Productive

RE/MAX  announced that for the 13th consecutive year their agents in the United States continue to be the most productive sales force in real estate. RE/MAX agents have the highest average transaction sides of all national brands. According to reported statistics, RE/MAX agents averaged 13.1 transaction sides last year, nearly two times the closest competitor, Coldwell Banker, at 7.1.

The national trend was mirrored at the local level, where RE/MAX associates in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties averaged 12.06 transaction sides in 2010, nearly 1/3 more than its nearest competitor. Locally, RE/MAX agents closed more than 5,700 transaction sides in 2010, nearly 1,200 more than the next brokerage.
