[1]Neal Communities Breaks Ground In Woodbrook.
Construction for Neal Communities’ new neighborhood, Woodbrook, is underway with Frederick Derr Company undertaking the site work. The new community is located off of Lockwood Ridge Road and Honore Avenue, just south of State Road 70. At completion, there will be 213 single family homes, ranging from 1,079 sq ft to 2,535 sq ft which include the Cottage and Celebration series of homes. Set to open in the fall of 2011pricing begins in the low $100,000’s.
Woodbrook, a gated community, will have an amenity center, pool, gazebo and nature trail. Many of the home sites enjoy views of lakes or the preserve. “Beyond creating a beautiful new community with homes that are attainable for today’s families, we are creating jobs,” says Pat Neal, president of Neal Communities.
