EDGE Real Estate Transaction Management announced that Cody Giltner has joined the team as a Field Services Specialist. Giltner brings 5 years of experience in property management and real estate services. He will provide services for clients such as measuring rooms, installing signs and lock boxes, providing vendor access and attending inspections.
By having EDGE oversee these activities Realtors are freed up to do the activities that are most productive for them. EDGE has quickly gained a reputation for its Contract to Close services that help Realtors better manage their business.
