Neal Gives New Home Buyers More Mortgage Options.

Neal Communities announced a joint venture to create First Continental Mortgage. First Continental will initially offer mortgages to Neal new home buyers and then later to other new and re-sale buyers. First Continental has hired its first loan officer, Todd Boese, a 12 year veteran in the mortgage industry.

First Continental Mortgage is a joint venture between First Continental Mortgage in Houston, TX and Neal Communities of Lakewood Ranch, FL. First Continental is a family-owned mortgage banker that specializes in partnering with builders to underwrite mortgages for new construction.
