The United Way of Sarasota County seeks a development professional to join our team as Director of Leadership Giving.
This position would work with the United Way team to effectively plan and implement cultivation, retention, and recognition strategies for individuals out of the workplace giving annually to United Way. Implement targeted residential community campaigns, to include fund-raising, educational presentations, recognition and volunteer engagement opportunities.
Qualifications needed: Bachelors degree; minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of account management, fundraising, sales project management, volunteer management and knowledge of planned giving.
