[1]Xena Vallone To Represent The Sarasota Association of REALTORS.
Xena Vallone of Xena Vallone Realty was appointed to the Board of Directors for My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MFRMLS). She is representing the Sarasota Association of REALTORS (SAR), one of MFRMLS’s 15 shareholder associations and boards.
“We’re extremely grateful that Ms. Vallone will be serving on our board of directors,” said Merri Jo Cowen, MFRMLS Chief Executive Officer. “She brings a tremendous amount of experience to the table, experience that will help serve all of our of REALTOR members.”
MFRMLS is a consortium of 15 REALTOR associations and boards throughout Central and Southwest Florida. Representatives, such as Vallone, from each shareholder association and board make up the MFMRLS Board of Directors, helping to shape policy and provide strategic direction. MFRMLS is one of the five largest MLS companies in the United States with over 32,000 members.
Vallone holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification and the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. For SAR, she also serves as a committee member for the Realtor/Attorney Joint Committee, Professional Development Committee and the Professional Standards Committee.
