Michelle Crabtree, a Realtor with Michael Saunders & Company, was awarded the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR’s) Green Designation, the only green designation for real estate professionals recognized by NAR.

NAR’s Green Designation was developed in response to growing consumer awareness of the benefits of resource-efficient homes and buildings. The designation helps consumers who care about energy efficiency and sustainable building practices identify Realtors who can help them realize their green real estate and lifestyle goals. As an NAR Green Designee, Crabtree has gained the knowledge and the tools necessary to become a trusted green resource for Sarasota/Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch communities.
Crabtree is a 3rd generation Sarasotan and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1982. She was a Director at SAR 2008-2010 and received the SAR “Meritorious Service Award in 2007. She was the Sarasota Women’s Council of Realtors “Business Women of the Year” for 2009 and was also chapter president in 2007. In addition, Crabtree is a “Five Star Real Estate Agent – Best in Client Satisfaction for the 2007-2010 period. She has the designations/certifications of CRS-Certified Sales Professional, CIPS-Certified International Property Specialist, ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative, PMN-Performance Management Network, GRI -Graduate Realtor, TRC-Transnational Referral Certification, RSPS-Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification).
