Recently retired as President of the Historical Society of Sarasota County Jane Kirschner-Tuccillo joined the crew at Sarasota History Alive! launching a “One-Stop-Shopping” service of Vintage Properties for Sale throughout the area.
In the past it was difficult to ferret out vintage listings from the myriad of offerings available in the market. Realtors, sellers and buyers alike will find this new venue incredibly helpful for locating homes for sale that are 40 years and older. Many of the homes on the market today are true historic gems, while others are treasures in the rough, just waiting for some TLC. Commercial properties will also be featured on the new site.
