Selby Gardens presents yoga for beginners to more advanced students with an emphasis on alignment in August. Relaxation and breathing techniques will be explored at a safe, peaceful, fully-integrated mind and body workout in a beautiful Gardens’ setting.
Classes are August 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th from 9am-10am.
