Patricia Tan and Carla Rayman of Prudential Palms Realty were named instructors for the National Associaton of Realtors (NAR) Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) course of study.
“These designations are an important indicator of the quality of professionals in our industry,” said Helen Sosso, Broker of Prudential Palms Realty and Prudential Lakewood Ranch Realty. “Rayman and Tan richly deserve this recognition and worked hard to earn it.”
As CIPS instructors, Tan and Rayman are now certified to teach Prudential Real Estate’s accredited residential real estate training courses to sales professionals in the Prudential Real Estate Network as well as real estate companies and associations worldwide.
Rayman is a 14 year real estate veteran and currently holds the position of Director of International Business Development for Prudential Palms Realty. She is the recipient of Prudential’s Chairman’s Circle award, the Sarasota Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year and President’s Award winner, 5-Star Client Satisfaction award and joined Prudential Palms Realty in 2008.
Tan, who relocated from England, has been in the real estate business in the United States for 7 years, and currently holds the position of International Sales Director for Prudential Palms Realty. She is the recipient of Prudential’s Chairman’s Circle Award the Sarasota Association of Realtor’s President’s Award, 5-Star Client Satisfaction award, and joined Prudential Palms Realty in 2008.
