Gail Shane & Friends, a local real estate and community radio show, celebrates two years on the air with WTMY Radio AM 1280. Gail Shane, the show creator, host and executive producer, has served as the Realtor Liaison with Neal Communities for the past seven years.
Each week this lively one-hour talk show features a different local Realtor who serves as co-host of the show, and they invite a featured business and a non-profit organization. The show airs Saturday mornings at 10 and is archived for listeners any time at www.GailShane.com [2].
[3]Shane chose WTMY because of its community focus. The station promotes local businesses and many non-profits. Its demographics of listeners 35 years and older and coverage area of St. Petersburg to Venice are a good fit for Neal Communities.
