WCI Communities introduces three all-new single-family estate floor plans at its luxury Westshore Yacht Club master-planned community on Old Tampa Bay in South Tampa. With 3,076 square feet of air-conditioned living space and nearly 4,000 total square feet, the two-story Morrison is Westshore Yacht Club’s largest new single-family estate floor plan. The home’s owner’s suite is on the first floor; two guestrooms, a full bath and loft/game room are found on the second floor. The Morrison is priced from $469,990.
