WCI Communities announced that Paul Erhardt was promoted to senior vice president of community development and operations.
“Paul has been an integral part of our management team for many years,” said David Fry, president and CEO. “This promotion recognizes the leadership qualities and valuable experience he offers as a member of an executive team working to create a solid future for WCI.”
Erhardt has responsibility for all community design and planning, including land acquisition and entitlement, permitting and land development; he also oversees the lifestyle delivery provided through the company’s community operations, clubs and marinas.
