October 22, 2011 Cat Depot Needs 100 Volunteers
Kids, Cats And Cupcakes Carnival Needs Your Help.
Cat Depot needs 100+ volunteer positions for the Kids, Cats and Cupcakes Carnival on Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 10am-4pm. Volunteers are needed in various areas including carnival barkers, parking lot attendants, food prep, ticket sales and entertainment stage assistants. Shifts are available and groups are welcome. (Children under 18 must be with a parent/guardian at all times.)
Families and children from ages 3 to 13 are welcome to join us in a fun day of carnival games and entertainment by children! There will be free parking and shuttles in the Orioles parking lot on Stringfield Avenue with additional parking for handicap at Hideaway Storage on 17th Street.
Youth-oriented carnival game prizes are needed (items must be new) such as school supplies, silly bands/wrist bands, sidewalk chalk, stickers, toys, beach items, puzzles and books. Raffle items or carnival game prizes can be dropped off at Cat Depot during our open hours.
