Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Greg Hudson and Rosemary Gillies joined the firm as Sales Associates.
Consistently recognized as a top producer in the Sarasota real estate market since 2002, Hudson specializes in waterfront properties and golf course communities in the Sarasota, Siesta Key and Lakewood Ranch areas. He is certified as a Fine Homes Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist, and Special Asset Management Specialist.
Gillies brings 19 years of new home construction sales experience most recently as a top producer with luxury homebuilder Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Gillies, previously from Canada, earned the International Property Professional certification to assist working with International Buyers.
