Host Terra Ceia Bay [2] opened their doors to area Realtors for a pre 4th of July Broker Open Reception. The Bay Club at Terra Ceia Bay introduced two spectacular new models, both available furnished for immediate occupancy which showcase the understated elegance of life in this conveniently located but quiet community.
Guests were treated to delicacies and libations, while enjoying million dollar views of Tampa Bay and the Skyway Bridge. Prices at Terra Ceia Bay start in the $200’s.
