[1]Renee Snyder Of Habitat For Humanity Sarasota Featured Guest Speaker.
The Women’s Leadership Council Speaker Series, benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County, will feature Habitat for Humanity Sarasota’s Executive Director Renee Snyder as the keynote speaker.
After a successful banking career in Southwest, Fl, Snyder chose to take a different career path using experiences gained in the banking arena. Prior to joining Habitat Sarasota, she worked independently as a Housing and Community Development Consultant. Snyder’s achievements are many including certification of the first nonprofit affordable housing organization in south Sarasota County. She was also instrumental in the establishment of more than 50 community development and affordable housing projects. Snyder attended the University of Kentucky and is a certified U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant writer and is a 26-year resident of our community.
