[1]46 Sales Associates Join Coldwell Banker.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced that 46 real estate sales associates, all formerly with Prudential Palms Realty, joined the company. This is the second time in three months that a large number of sales associates have left their brokerage to join Coldwell Banker. In August, 15 sales associates from Century 21 joined the company.
Clarke W. Toole III, president of Coldwell Banker Residential and Coldwell Banker Commercial in Florida, says that these sales associates made the move to Coldwell Banker because of the company’s brand awareness, and the fact that Coldwell Banker offers many services that other brokerages do not.
Toole says, “Coldwell Banker is the most visited real estate brand online, and our brand awareness consistently measures at more than 94 percent, putting us in the same category of companies like Coke®, Pepsi® and Nike®.” He continues, “Because of what’s happened in the real estate market in the past few years, consumers and real estate professionals want to work with a company that they can trust — a company like Coldwell Banker that has been in business for 105 years.”
