The South Florida Museum presents The General as part of the Film Fridays Between the States Series, 6pm on November 11, 2011.

Consistently ranked among the greatest films ever made, Buster Keaton’s masterpiece is so brilliantly conceived and executed that it continues to inspire awe and laughter with every viewing. Rejected by the Confederate army as unfit and taken for a coward by his beloved, a young man sets out to single-handedly win the war with the help of his cherished locomotive.

There will be a selection of beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks available for purchase.  Please note: The theater may be cold, sweaters or jackets are recommended.  Admission is $5 General Admission, $3 Member Admission.
