Chillounge Night [1], an upscale outdoor event that transforms a public area into a posh nightclub and lounge, returns to downtown St. Petersburg for the fourth year Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 6 – 11 p.m. Bert Smith is the Title Sponsor for this exotic transformation benefiting Creative Clay and The Woodson Museum.
Chillounge Night [1] will overlook the waterfront from beautiful Straub Park. Hundreds of chic daybeds and other outdoor furnishings will be set up to create a cozy, comfortable setting for an evening of food, drink and entertainment that will be held.
Admission is $25 per person at the door (must be 21 or older). Advance tickets are on sale for $20 at www.chilloungenight.com [2]. A limited number of VIP tickets, including complimentary food, beverages, gift bags for the lady’s and cigar’s served in an exclusive VIP section, are available for $95. “Treviso”, the fine Restaurant at Sarasota’s Ringling Museum will provide al fresco dining in the VIP area as well as offer signature items cooked on-site and offered for sale to the general public throughout the night.
Last year’s St. Petersburg Chillounge Night [1] attracted 3,200 attendees. Since the first Chillounge Night was held in Sarasota in 2008, the popular club-like concept has expanded to additional Florida cities including Tampa, Orlando, Delray Beach and Fort Myers. The St. Petersburg event is the 15th Chillounge Night production in Florida.
