J. Ronald Skipper and Richard R. Gans, shareholders in the law firm of Fergeson, Skipper, et al, were selected for inclusion in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers In America. Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.

The Best Lawyers designation is based on an exhaustive annual peer-review survey in which more than 41,000 leading attorneys cast almost 3.9 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas.
