[1]Sarasota Ballet To Perform At Ballet Across America.
Sarasota Ballet’s director Iain Webb announced that Sarasota Ballet was invited to perform at Ballet Across America III, a festival hosted by The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. The week long festival takes place June 4-9, 2013. The Sarasota Ballet was invited to showcase the choreography for which they are becoming known internationally – that of Sir Frederick Ashton.
Ballet Across America is an exploration of the art form, showcasing a geographic range of the nation’s professional companies. Sarasota Ballet is one of only nine companies selected to perform for the June 2013 program.
