The doors open Sunday April 8, 2012, for a concert at St Pete’s Jannus Live with Lionize headlining the second event in the 5 concert Reggae Sunday series. For those of you who joined Jannus for the two back-to-back sold-out Sublime w/ Rome concerts, Lionize was the official direct opening support of both of the shows. While they’ve released a new album, been on tour with a number of bands since then, and visited our beloved city, this will be their first return to the Jannus Live stage since that legendary weekend.
Opening the show will be the Marco Island-based rowdy Reggae/Rockers, The Sheffield Crew. After opening up for Badfish on March 3rd to a crowd of over 1,200, the band can’t wait to get back and party with the great people of St. Pete! Also on the bill are local favorites and regulars of Jannus Live, Resinated.
