Fisk & Friends Celebrity Golf Classic Lands A Home Run For Local Children.
The 4th Annual Fisk and Friends Celebrity Golf Classic held at the The Founders Club raised $38,766.72 for Suncoast Charities for Children. Suncoast Charities for Children serves local children with special needs and their families. Proceeds from the tournament will provide necessary maintenance repairs at Community Haven for Adults and Children with Disabilities (Sarasota Campus) and Children First (Venice Campus).
This annual celebrity golf tournament hosts many sports celebrities and Hall of Famers. Fisk’s relentless determination and unmatched achievements make him one of baseball’s greatest catchers. “I’ve been so fortunate all my life and it gives me great pleasure to give back to my local community and Suncoast Charities for Children is a perfect fit”, says Fisk.
