Attorney and Certified Public Accountant Jo Ann Koontz will be a featured guest on Talk Credit Radio, a weekly radio talk show hosted by consumer advocate Gerri Detweiler of Ultimate Credit Solutions Inc. in Sarasota. Koontz will discuss short sales, their tax implications and potential pitfalls.
