The South Florida Museum presents Double Indemnity as part of the Film Fridays Women on Film series, 6pm on July 13, 2012.
Double Indemnity – (1944) NR, 107 minutes. Billy Wilder’s thrilling film-noir features a standout performance by Barbara Stanwyck as the seductive wife who schemes with an infatuated insurance agent to knock off her husband and collect on his accidental death policy.
There will be a selection of beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks available for purchase. Please note: The theater may be cold, sweaters or jackets are recommended. Admission is $5 General Admission, $3 Member Admission.
