Perrone Construction won a third major award for a Bird Key home it built, this time winning the coveted Aurora award for design at the South East Builders Conference in Orlando. The impressive residence was designed by Oz Planning and Design and is a true to architectural style Italian villa. The residence won the Aurora award for best custom home over three million dollars for design.
At 8,200 square feet it abounds in stunning architectural detail. It is 75% clad in hand carved Syrian Ebla Limestone, The interior is accented in Texas Limestone and the walls finished with true Venetian plaster. Approximately 50-60 skilled craftsmen worked on the home 6 days a week to deliver the home in an impressive 15 months.
