Major Home Sales Takes Only 56 Days On The Market

Siesta Key Home Sets Sales Record.

A waterfront estate at 8347 Midnight Pass Road became 2012’s highest selling bay front property on Siesta Key. The home, which sold for $4.075 million on November 13th, was listed by the Addy & Wittig Team (Ian Addy and Gail Wittig) of Michael Saunders & Company. It was only on the market for 56 days before being bound to contract; and officially closed 56 days later. The property was sold by Lindsay Bucknell of the Re/Max Alliance Group.
