February 24, 2013 Crocker Memorial Church Hosts Stories And Songs
Historical Society Sponsors Civil War Stories And Songs.
On Sunday, February 24th at the Crocker Memorial Church (1260 12th Street in Pioneer Park) from 3:00pm-6:00pm, the Historical Society will be sponsoring an afternoon of Civil War Stories and Songs, read by 5th Generation Floridian, retired lawyer, author of Suwanee Divide, Gene Jones and nationally known “America’s Troubadour”, Bill Schustik on banjo, guitar, drums, etc. singing the stories of the Civil War.
Admission is $10.00 per person in advance. Reservations may be made by calling the HSOSC office at 364-9076. “Historic” food and drink will be available for purchase throughout the afternoon. Bring a cushion if you’d like, for your comfort on our historic pews!
