Habitat for Humanity Sarasota announced the election of three new board members to its Board of Directors. “Habitat for Humanity Sarasota is honored to welcome Jeffrey Grebe, Brian Watson, and Steve Wilbur as new board members. Each one provides various views and experiences from their work, which will help develop our efforts to serve our community better. We are so pleased these leaders will offer their guidance and leadership to HFHS,” said Renee Snyder, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Sarasota.

The new members bring a wide range of experience to Habitat Sarasota’s board:

Jeffrey Grebe is an attorney with Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, which is a law firm in Sarasota, Florida. He is currently a member of the Sarasota County Bar Real Estate Section Steering Committee and the Florida Bar Title Insurance Committee. He previously served on the board of Boys and Girls Clubs. Grebe has taught courses at University of Florida College of Law and Stetson Law School. “Habitat provides a vital service to the community and I would like to assist in this effort,” said Grebe.

Brian Watson is the President of the Real Estate Team of West Florida, LLC. Watson is a CPA and holds a Certified Building Contractor’s License. He has spent his professional career specializing in budgetary planning and control, accounting, segregation of duties, analysis of cost, benefit scenarios, and policies and procedures.

Stephen Wilbur is a partner of Stirling & Wilbur Engineering Group, consulting structural engineers. Wilbur is a member of the Florida Engineering Society and American Society of Civil Engineers. “I’ve always admired the Habitat for Humanity mission and results,” said Wilbur.
