In 2012, Cat Depot raised $60,000 in 36 hours with the support of more than 400 donors from 21 states and 3 countries. This year, Cat Depot celebrates their 10 year anniversary with a goal of raising $100,000 in 36 hours with the support of 800 donors from 50 states and
6 countries.

Matching and Grant Incentives
Donations will be matched up to $10,000 from private Cat Depot donors.
1:1 matching donations for donations up to $1,000 per unique donor for new and increased gifts until funding is exhausted.
Incentive Grants for the organizations that get the highest number of “unique” (individual) donors. 1st place is $20,000!
$1,000 grant for the 30 nonprofits who are first to get 50 “unique” (individual) donors to give $50 or more.
Hourly $250 grants added to one random donor’s gift.
Hourly $2,000 “Night Owl” grants added to one random donor’s gift who gives between the hours of 11 p.m.-12 a.m., 12 a.m. – 1 a.m., and 1 a.m. – 2 a.m.
Cat Depot invites supporters far and wide to join the fun and participate in the challenge for as little as $25. So, spread the word by telling your friends and family members about the challenge, no matter where they live!

Cat Depot depends on grant funds for many of their operating expenses, including medical equipment and services, education programs, animal rescue funds and community cat spay and neuter programs..
