[1]Jorge Rosabal To Lead Darwin’s Brewing Company.
Darwin Brewing Company and Darwin’s on 4th restaurant announced that Jorge Rosabal is their new Brewmaster. He was selected for his extensive background in brewing and production management and will lead the plans for Darwin’s new production brewery. Jorge has traveled all over the world, training in Honduras, Munich, and Costa Rica.
“I am so pleased to have Jorge joining us as our new Brewmaster here at Darwin’s Brewing Company,” said Darwin’s on 4th chef/owner Darwin Santa Maria. “We look forward to introducing our new team to the community with great new events and delicious beers!”
Rosabal received his Brewmaster and Production Manager degree in Germany and was responsible for the brewing and development of the Holsten Brand in the Honduran market, giving him a diverse brewing background and management skills needed for this new position, especially with ongoing plans for the production brewery at Darwin’s.
