The South Florida Museum presents Bridge on the River Kwai as part of the Film Fridays series, Water Ways, 6pm on July 26, 2013.
The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957) Not Rated, 161 minutes. A British colonel and his men, POWs in a Japanese camp during WWII, are ordered to build a vital bridge for the enemy. They undertake the project as a symbol of British determination, unaware that the Allied forces are plotting to destroy it.
