Insignia Bank announced the hiring of Joe Adamaitis as Vice President Residential Lending Manager. He is based out of Insignia Bank’s downtown office located at 333 North Orange Avenue, Sarasota, FL at the corner of Orange and Fruitville Roads.

Adamaitis has over 30 years experience working in the mortgage industry. His background includes building in-house mortgage departments for banks, independent lenders, and corporations, and founding and managing his own independent mortgage company that operated in five states. In addition to his professional duties, Adamaitis is beginning his second term as President of the Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association where among other duties, he advocates for consumer interests in front of the US Government and various public entities.
