A three-bedroom luxury condominium at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Residences sold this week for $3.35 million. Originally listed for $3.75 million, it was the building’s highest-priced sale since February 2012.
[1]The property, a seventh-floor end unit in the Gulf front tower, is located at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive. Its wrap around terrace—which faces east and south—captures both sunrise and skyline views over downtown Sarasota and the bay; and spectacular sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico.
The unit was listed by Richard Perlman, of Michael Saunders & Company, and sold by Denise and Nicole Mei of The Mei Team also with Michael Saunders & Company.
