Ben Vitale Joins Gurley & Associates.
Gurley & Associates, a Sarasota law firm specializing in construction law, surety law and commercial litigation, announced that Ben Vitale joined the firm as a Senior Associate. Vitale joins Gurley & Associates from a Fortune 500 law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he specialized in complex commercial litigation.
Vitale brings experience in representing and advising Fortune 500 companies, regional, national, and international businesses, and individuals from a broad spectrum of industries. He has also successfully represented clients throughout the United States in federal and state court consumer class actions, administrative and regulatory proceedings, and a wide variety of complex civil and commercial disputes.
Raised in Lakeland, Florida, Vitale earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. In Atlanta, Vitale began his practice with a large law firm in the areas of insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution, complex commercial litigation, and products liability, mass torts, and class action litigation.
