$6 Million Land Sale On Longboat Key

2.25 Acres Of Gulf Front Property Sells At Full List Price.

Michael Saunders & Company announced that a vacant residential parcel on Longboat Key sold for $6 million. Located at 6271 & 6281 Gulf of Mexico Drive, the 2.25-acre parcel directly fronts the Gulf of Mexico; and sold at its full list price. The sale is the highest for a vacant gulf-front parcel in Southwest Florida since 2004, when a 12.7-acre parcel on Manasota Key sold for $7.25 million.

The property, listed by Michael Moulton was sold by Deborah Beacham and Beverly Alter. All are Realtors with Michael Saunders & Company.
